Shipping (online purchases)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount (net price).
For any online order, free shipping will be offered if the net purchase total for a single transaction reaches $60.00.

For orders containing only digital gift cards, standard delivery costs are free.
The e-gift card will be sent to the email address you provide, if you are unable to receive the e-gift card, please contact us.
You can choose a scheduled delivery date for the digital gift card within one year from the date of purchase. An email with the details of the digital gift card will only be sent to the designated recipient on the scheduled delivery date.
If your shopping cart contains a digital gift card and other physical products, the shipping costs will still apply to the physical products only.
Estimated Delivery Time
You will usually receive your order within 5 – 7 business days. There will be no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders are usually packed and sent to our couriers within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Our agreement with the couriers is to deliver within an additional 2-3 days on average. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but please note that estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
During new product launches, limited time flash sales (such as LEGO sales, 11.11, 12.12) and Christmas time, delivery times will be longer than usual.
Sourcing Products PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Post Offices

Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed for. Please make sure there is someone available to sign for delivery at the delivery address.
What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a delivery note. Different couriers will handle subsequent deliveries in different ways. Depending on the courier used, this will usually be:

Only 2 redelivery attempts will be made
Lost or Stolen Packages
