Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated below, all items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
Return Policy
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the stated period. Returns will only be accepted for defective items or items that are materially misrepresented in the product listing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition with original tags and/or packaging intact.
Several items are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, baby products, dental, consumables, etc. All clearance items may not be in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable. Blind packaged items sold are not returnable or refundable.
Gift With Purchase (GWP) – In the event of a product return, the exchanged Gift With Purchase must be returned in its original unopened packaging along with the purchased product.
Items used and damaged due to wear and tear are strictly non-replaceable and non-refundable – no exceptions.
If you meet the above criteria, you can request an exchange or refund.
Exchange Policy
If an item is out of stock, you may choose to exchange it for any other available item or get a refund at the time of purchase (if it is in accordance with the refund policy below). If you exchange it for an item of lower value, the difference in price will not be refunded. If you exchange it for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. Gift cards, vouchers or vouchers from third-party merchants are not refundable or redeemable for cash or physical goods or any other vouchers.
Refund Policy
Refunds (paid for the original amount of the returned item) will only be available if the item you are returning is out of stock. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your refund request is approved, the refund request will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
Returns to original payment methods, stored value cards and exchanges are available. Cash refunds are not allowed for any online purchases.
Refunds will be processed if your item is out of stock or you can choose to wait for the next available shipment. If your refund request is approved, we can make a partial refund of your order. Shipping charges are absolutely non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be made at margaritacampo.com. margaritacampo.com and Babies R Us reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In the event of a dispute, margaritacampo.com will have the final decision without exception.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, vouchers or vouchers from third-party merchants are not refundable or redeemable for cash or physical items or any other vouchers.
margaritacampo.com will not be responsible for any stolen or lost gift cards
margaritacampo.com gift cards are not resale, redeemable for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. After expiration, unused amounts are not refundable.
If you paid online for all or part of your order using a gift card, any item paid for with a gift card can be returned. The amount owed will be added to a new digital gift card and emailed to the original card recipient.
